Insurance · built for crypto · running today
Embedded blanket cover for every exchange user, extended cover for high-value trades, and MiCAR-grade company insurance for the platforms themselves. Operational and native agentic AI underwriting engine, policy administration and claims.
See it working
Six surfaces sit on top of one core system — the PAS, where every policy, claim, and reserve actually lives. None are mockups: data is simulated, the architecture is production-ready.
Every exchange user gets a portal — dashboard, policy view, coverage explainer, file-a-claim in four steps. Filing propagates to the staff queue in real time. What Cryp-Sure-EI and -EX customers see.
Open portal CASP / companyA new exchange applies for MiCAR or D&O cover. Four stages, eleven specialist agents — pre-onboarding, CDD, risk assessment, policy & bind. First form to bound policy in under an hour.
Open portal Mobile · interactiveSix moments on a phone: onboarded, trading, upsold to EX, an incident at 3am, claim filed, settled on-chain. Best opened on a phone — the path is tap-through.
Open portal InternalClaims adjudication, AI governance, super-HNW underwriting, and exchange-partner management — where the team runs the business day to day.
Open portal Exchange partnerIntegration health, daily bordereaux, event feed, and settlement tracking — what a CASP partner sees after signing with us.
Open portal AI · conversationalA user says “my wallet was drained last night.” The agent pulls the policy, checks on-chain activity, and walks them through filing — in the same chat. 24/7 support, no overnight team.
Open portalWhere every policy, claim, and reserve lives — underwriting, premium and billing, claims, reinsurance and capital, and regulatory reporting on one reconciled ledger. The single source of truth the six surfaces read from and write to.
Five products · one engine
We cover the individual trader, the high-value wallet, the HNW institution, the crypto company itself, and its leadership — priced dynamically from the same engine.
Exchange-paid cover that applies to every user by default, billed as a bordereau. The user sees a feature; the exchange sees a daily invoice.
Retail users View cover Cryp-Sure-EXA one-tap upgrade at the point of trade — up to 5× standard cover for a small per-transaction premium. Lives in the exchange’s checkout.
Retail users View cover Cryp-Sure-SuperIndividually underwritten cover for institutional and high-net-worth clients. Higher limits, tailored policy language, referred by the exchange.
HNW / institutional View cover MiCAR / PrudentialThe capital-adequacy insurance required under MiCAR and equivalent regimes, written for the exchange itself to satisfy the regulator.
Exchanges View cover D&OProtects leadership teams against personal liability from running a crypto business — designed for the specific risks this industry creates.
Executives View coverUnder the hood
Two engines power the business. One underwrites new exchanges and D&O risk through a chain of specialist agents. The other embeds into partner exchanges as middleware.
A new applicant moves through four stages. Specialist agents check sanctions, fit-and-proper, cybersecurity posture, financials, and peer benchmarks — in parallel where possible, sequentially where risk-dependent. A human underwriter signs off band-3 and above. Most applications bind under an hour; the slow step is the applicant, not us.
For Cryp-Sure-EI and -EX we integrate directly with each partner exchange’s stack — ingesting daily bordereaux, detecting loss events in near-real-time, and settling qualifying claims automatically. Competitors pay out in weeks; the engine is designed to pay in seconds for clean cases.

Regulatory & capital
1B-i Holdings Limited (Cayman) capitalises a Labuan risk carrier, managed from Singapore, fronted into the EU by a licensed insurer — with a planned transition to a standalone Luxembourg entity. Every layer is real; diligence packs available under NDA.
Group holding company. Receives investor capital and allocates to the operating entities.
The insurance carrier that holds the risk, capitalised to regulatory minima, with a clear path to Solvency II-equivalent cover.
Management company — where the team operates, the engine runs, and exchange partners integrate.
An EU fronting relationship now; a standalone Luxembourg entity planned for Q4 2026 to serve MiCAR-regulated clients directly.
