See it working

The product is already built.

Six surfaces sit on top of one core system — the PAS, where every policy, claim, and reserve actually lives. None are mockups: data is simulated, the architecture is production-ready.

A two-minute walkthrough of the live surfaces — the beneficiary claim flow, agentic underwriting with live pricing, and on-chain settlement.
Underneath all six · the core system

The PAS — policy administration core.

Where every policy, claim, and reserve lives — underwriting, premium and billing, claims, reinsurance and capital, and regulatory reporting on one reconciled ledger. The single source of truth the six surfaces read from and write to.

Under the hood

How it actually works.

Two engines power the business. One underwrites new exchanges and D&O risk through a chain of specialist agents. The other embeds into partner exchanges as middleware.

1Agentic underwriting

Eleven agents. One hour to bind.

A new applicant moves through four stages. Specialist agents check sanctions, fit-and-proper, cybersecurity posture, financials, and peer benchmarks — in parallel where possible, sequentially where risk-dependent. A human underwriter signs off band-3 and above. Most applications bind under an hour; the slow step is the applicant, not us.

2Embedded engine

The middleware inside every exchange.

For Cryp-Sure-EI and -EX we integrate directly with each partner exchange’s stack — ingesting daily bordereaux, detecting loss events in near-real-time, and settling qualifying claims automatically. Competitors pay out in weeks; the engine is designed to pay in seconds for clean cases.

The people

Built by people who have underwritten crypto before.

A founding team that combines 30-year careers at Swiss Re, Aon, WTW, KPMG, Accenture, and EY with deep crypto-native operators. We’ve written these policies before — not for crypto, but at the same scale.
